    then Mordecai & Esther
    to oppose the king

    vegetarian
    Esther didn’t eat the meat
    so she kept kosher

    down with Haman (boo)
    except for hamantaschen
    delicious dessert

    “They tried to kill us.”
    (too much of our history)
    “We survived, let’s eat!”
